TIGHT HOLD TRAINING METHOD 

At our street workout and own bodyweight trainings we permanently feel well, which is necessary, because when rectifying movements, we must be critical toward our trainees, so that they can acquire their goals in the shortest time and the healthiest way.

As at our trainings, the shoulder gets a major role, we lay emphasis on preserving its health and improving its mobility. That is why health developing exercises concerning the shoulder represent an organic part of the trainings, however, we deal with pre-exercises of classic sports elements as well, such as pull-up, muscle-up, flag or single hand pull-up. During the training planning, we programme all movement patterns, and if necessary, we apply weights too, so as not to miss a single area. TRX, rings, and climbing ropes appear further in our sessions, just to mention some other equipment from our broad choice.

Our training activity covers all levels, from beginners to competitors, meaning all, who wish to train with their own bodyweight, or are fed up with whichever form of weight training. We heartily recommend our sessions as complementary, strength developing exercises too, e.g. for wall- and rock-climbers, but we prepare for fast and painless climbing at nowadays ever more popular cross-country obstacle-track competitions. Last but not least, our trainings provide useful knowledge for those too, who want to enrich their coaching arsenal with new forms of movement.
