I graduated at the Department of Recreation of the University of Physical Education and then, after several years of competitions, I have been contributing to and popularizing the sport since 2013. At home, I was the first to start street workout trainings for coaches and future instructors, further, for all who wish to acquire deeper knowledge about the theory and practice of own bodyweight training. In Hungary, I am known as one of the most successful representatives of this ever more popular sport, and beside my world champion bronze medal, I was winner of and achieved several podiums at World Cup competitions. Further, I prepare for competitions and act as judge and jury chairman at national and international competitions.
At last, I have compressed the expertise accumulated during my decade long sport activity and the huge amount of personal experience into a self-developed training method under the name Tight Hold Bodyweight Workout, and our team is awaiting our hobby and competitor level followers in the world of own bodyweight training with this expertise.

He works in the IT field. He has tried several sports, such as gym strength-training, formerly squash, and nowadays situational shooting. He is pragmatic, always sets deadlines for himself.
He came to us to acquire street workout elements, he has been training for one year with our training methods.

FROM BEGINNERS TO THE ADVANCED
At our street workout and own bodyweight trainings, we permanently feel well, which is necessary, because when rectifying movements, we must be critical toward our trainees, so that they can acquire their goals in the shortest time and the healthiest way.
Our coaching covers both beginners and competitors, i.e. all who wish to train with own bodyweight, or are fed up with whichever form of weight training, or would like to make progress with functional training methods, or to enrich their coaching arsenal with new forms of movement, or want to stand on the podium as future street workout champions.

The courses are lead by the coach Balázs Réthelyi, street wrokout and personal trainer. The leader of the training method is the world bronze medallist street workout competitior, personal trainer Ákos Szarka. You may know him from the worldwide known sport television serie, Exatlon, where he was in the Champion team.
