Can you pull up your sock while balancing on one leg without leaning on anything? This is just one example of the everyday movements that require both mobility and fine motor skills. But of course, this isn’t our final goal with you; it’s just the first step.

In our training program, we focus on improving your healthy, painfree movement through fun workouts. This means you’ll learn correct movement patterns with us, such as squats, push-ups, pullups, and other exercises. From the very beginning, we’ll work on your balance and improve your body awareness so that you can confidently climb a ladder or easily squat or bend to tie your shoes.

Our specialty is teaching correct movement patterns and strength building, but we also give you tasks that will make you think after the workout, wondering how to perform them correctly. You’ll find yourself loving to move and looking forward to your workouts because they engage your mind, distracting you from daily tasks. You’ll feel energized both physically and mentally, while becoming stronger and more agile in a friendly community.

Exercise is one of the most reliable ways to strengthen your immune system. With just 2-3 workouts a week, you can avoid weeks of coughing, reduce the need for medical prescriptions, and significantly cut down on medications. Plus, when you need to dash up the stairs for something, you won’t feel like you’re out of breath, as your stronger, more trained heart will make it easier to tackle everyday endurance challenges.

There are many bodyweight exercises like elbow lever, L-sit, variations, headstand then handstand, and many bodyweight element that you’ll learn quickly with us, and you’ll enjoy performing them! Your friends will first be surprised, then impressed, by what you’re capable of.

Human movement patterns with us are the ABCs of movement, the first step where you’ll master bodyweight exercises that teach you how to speak the language of movement! Our goal isn’t just for you to perform exercises robotically, but also to combine strength and agility to create fluid movements that make exercise feel like play.

So, after mastering the basic fundamentals, we’ll teach you those extra skills that will help your body react as a wellfunctioning system, even in unexpected situations. You’ll learn to combine everyday gym movement patterns, like transitioning from a squat to a pull-up or linking a plank with a push-up. With us, your ability to create movement combinations will grow endlessly!

The most experienced and successful professional team in the country

 

We were the first to start focusing on street workout and bodyweight group training over ten years ago, and since then, the number of our students has grown year after year. Alongside this, our coaching team continues to expand to meet the needs of our hundreds of students at various locations, with over TEN THOUSAND sessions held in this movement style.

We started as competitors, reached the highest level of the sport, and developed an educational system with no minimum knowledge requirement, as we build on whatever cultural movement foundation our students have, and work together to achieve their goals.

The system’s leader, Ákos Szarka, is a member of the executive board invited by the World Federation, a former podium finisher at world championships and other international competitions. He was named Coach of the Year in 2022.

“I can’t attend the first few sessions. Can I still join the training?”
Yes, the exercises you miss will be taught to you by our trainer later, and you’ll easily catch up with the group.

“I’ve never exercised before, and I’m a complete beginner. Can I join this type of training?”
Absolutely! We’re specifically prepared for beginners. Many of our students come from sedentary jobs and have no prior sports experience. We have a well-structured system that works for everyone.

“I can’t do pull-ups. Does that mean I can’t join the training?”
On the contrary, this is exactly why you should join! We’ve taught hundreds of students how to do pull-ups and master the basics of every exercise so they can progress to higher levels according to their goals.

“I don’t have a gymnastics background, can I still start this type of exercise?”

Yes, one of our core missions is to show people how enjoyable and accessible bodyweight exercises can be.

“I have back pain, shoulder pain, knee pain, or wrist pain. Is it okay to start this type of training?”
Our training is specifically designed to reduce pain. One of our main goals is to improve how your body feels, and only after that do we work on improving your performance.

“How long does it take to see results from the training?”
If you attend training regularly, you’ll see and feel results in 1-2 months.

“At what age can I start training with you?”

We warmly welcome children from the age of 12. There is also the option to join our dedicated kids’ groups.

“I’m over 50. Is it still worth starting this training?”
Many of our students have proven that not only can you improve your health, but you can achieve results even after 50. For several reasons, we strongly recommend starting as soon as possible to enhance your everyday well-being, especially as age progresses.

“Is this training suitable for women?”
Yes, absolutely. Many women, including mothers over 50, have learned how to do pull-ups and even more advanced exercises with us. Women often excel in balance and hip mobility exercises as well.

“I want to look toned but don’t want bulky muscles. Is this training good for me?”
Bodyweight exercises make it easy to structure your workouts so you achieve a well-defined physique without excessive muscle mass.

“I want to strengthen and shape my legs. Is this possible with your training?”
Yes! In addition to building a strong and well-shaped lower body, we also improve your mobility. We design our exercises with careful attention to these aspects.

“What if I miss a few sessions? Can I still attend the first one?”
Yes, even if you miss a few sessions, your trainer will help you catch up and progress alongside the group.

“I’m advanced. Will this training be intense enough for me?”
Yes, your trainer will assess your current level and provide challenges that match your performance so you can progress at your own pace toward your goals.

“My schedule is unpredictable. Can I still train if I can’t always make it at the scheduled times?”
Yes, you can coordinate with your trainer to make up for missed sessions on other days.

“I’m working out, but my weight is still increasing. Why is that?”
Weight gain is often due to muscle growth. Instead of focusing on the scale, we recommend observing improvements in your movement quality and how your body feels. These are the true indicators of healthy progress.

“Can I attend a trial session?”
We suggest giving yourself at least a month because a single session isn’t enough to give you a full understanding of the training. You won’t be able to try all the exercises or meet every group member in one session. You also won’t develop a routine right away, so it’s important to give yourself time to adjust, for example, to the warm-up process.
